Launching Black Oaks in 2022, I draw on 20 years of service to distinguished private and institutional clients with connected mandates between the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Since 2008, I have represented a portfolio of Islamic Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices and Investment Firms domiciled in the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Notable achievements include listing Kuwaiti owned RAK Real Estate in London on ICAP Securities for USD 988MM during the Global Financial Crisis, (re)structuring and executing commercial asset sales to public REIT’s and (re)financing multiple rounds of Sharia compliant financing, resulting in being awarded the prestigious Islamic Finance News Award for “Most Innovative Deal of the Year” in 2019.
